Blu Valley Bullies guarantees your puppy will be healthy when they leave our facility. They will be current on their vaccinations, dewormed and free of Distemper, Parvo and Parainfluenza. All puppies will have current health certificate from a licensed vet when they leave. We highly recommend that the buyer does not place the puppy on the ground in public places until their immune system is better developed after 18 weeks of age and they are current on all vaccinations.
Within a 72hrs buyer must agree to follow up with a qualified veterinarian for an evaluation. Failure to do so will result in voiding the health guarantee. If it is determined that puppy has a genetic defect, Blu Valley Bullies has the right to get a second opinion by a vet of our choice. If they do in fact have a genetic defect Blu Valley Bullies will replace the puppy. However, Shipping for the replacement pup will be solely the cost of the owner.
Buyer must agree to provide a safe home for their puppy and provide adequate exercise and a healthy diet. If buyer is found to be using the puppy for illegal activity, Blu Valley Bullies reserves the right to regain possession of the puppy.
Buyer understands that 1 stud fee is retained on all males. If we choose to use the male in our program all fees associated with collection, shipping of semen, or any breeding costs will be paid for by Blu Valley Bullies.
Any puppy that is kept after 9 weeks of age will be subject to boarding fees of $20 a day unless prior arrangements have been made.
Puppies sold as "pet homed" cannot be bred. They must be spayed or neutered by 1 year of age and must provide proof before registration papers will be released. Blu Valley Bullies will take legal action for any breeding violations.
Buyer should understand that blue coated puppies are more prone to skin and coat problems. Blu Valley Bullies does not guarantee and is not held responsible for skin or coat problems that are common among blue colorings. We also do not guarantee against hip or elbow dysplasia as these can be caused by environmental factors. Blu Valley Bullies Recommends buyer purchase pet Insurance.
If buyer becomes unable to care for puppy/dog Blu Valley Bullies must be contacted first. Blu Valley Bullies reserves the right to decide where the puppy/dog will go.
Deposits are required to hold any puppy under 4 weeks old and must be paid in full by 8 weeks old. If puppy has not been paid in full your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits and Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If breeding does not take, or desired sex is not produced, deposit will be transferred to another breeding of the customer’s choice.
Any Puppy Bought from Blu Valley Bullies must include our kennel name on puppy registration. All puppies purchased from Blu Valley Bullies must keep their original paperwork and papers and names cannot be illegally altered. If puppy registration forms are lost Blu Valley Bullies reserves the right to charge a $50.00 fee to the future owner to obtain registration form again.
Shipping is available at the cost of the buyer. We can offer delivery within an agreed distance. If needed we have hired flight nannies available for the pups safety.
